Okay, so guess what?!?!? HOCKEY SEASON STARTED last night!

:woohoo:

Official Story Here

Got all decked out (as you can see on my new icon. :-D) for the game, and I was totally jazzed. A very unusual thing happend, the first game of the season was actually evenly matched! A rareity. I mean, last year we played Wisconsin-Eau Claire the first weekend and we beat them by 3 and 8 points during the course of the weekend. But then, Eau Claire couldn't skate. St. Norbert was actually good, and towards the end of the game, you could tell that words(and fists) were being exchanged down on the ice. Tonight will be an interesting game... and mark my words, there's going to be some fightin' tonight! *WHOO* HOCKEY! It was a bit disappointing to end the first game of the season tied, but we'll make up for it tonight. :-)

Went to Mehak's party after the game... once I finally found the place, it was cool. I thought I wasn't going to know anyone there, but it turned out that Sarah and Joe and Justin came and Chris and Mike R. and Jessica showed up to. That was cool. :-) A fun party, and I was so tired last night that I actually fell asleep talking to someone on AIM. That was my queue to go to bed. :-P

Don't you mean cue? :-P

Weird - the radio commentators said that game was one of the most boring 4-4 ties they had ever seen.

No, I was getting in line to use my bed. :-P

And, I guess I thought it was exciting because it was the first game of the season and all, and there were lots of people and lots of cheering and such. It was also a shock that they were any good, I guess, so that made it a bit more exciting.
