Fun-filled Tuesday

Today I slept in and then had some cereal for breakfast. I worked on the Earth Day celebration info sheet for church and got it all ready for mom's Service Ministry meeting at 7pm. I played Roller coaster Tycoon. I unloaded the dishwasher and then had a glass of orange juice that was supposed to be with my lunch, but then I forgot to have lunch so it ended up being my lunch. Mom and I went for a 40 minute walk around the new development and picked up litter along the way. We need to take more walks. It was about 67 today. Came home, helped Albert with his language arts homework and played more with Roller coasters. I want to go to Hershey Park NOW. :-P

Then Albert remembered that there was a boy scout event at the high meadow campground (Cindi, that's where you stayed with G.S.). It was at the same time as mom's meeting and Liz wanted to do something with her friends, so I was volunteered to take Albert. All we knew was that it was going to be an "Easter Egg Scramble".... a scramble is like a hunt, but nothing is hidden. :-P Anyway, we figured it would be dumb and boring, so I brought my book and figured I'd sit in the car and then take Albert to McDonalds for dinner.

IT WAS AWESOME! They had different scrambles for each age group -- even an adult one! We had hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire and other yummy things. The adult scramble was vicious! Some of the eggs had Kisses in them, but some had pieces of paper with prizes on them and then there was the random candy in the field. This is what I won:
2 Zoo America passes (I wish I had these this past weekend...)
$10 for Applebee's
A Yard Stick
A 2005 Calendar
A book of civil war flags
A bumper sticker that says "I'm proud of my cub scout"
6 vouchers for $9 off of Dorney Park admission
6 vouchers for free jr. frostys at Wendy's.
3 bags of 10oz of Heath Bars.

*yea* And I smelled like Campfire, so I just got out of the shower. That is all.
