huh.

I was going through some files on my computer and found some old aim convos.   Very interesting... I knew I must have gotten my life philosophies from a reliable source.

StarFreak359 (4:10:25 PM): which is where you tell me that I shouldn't believe in something that I don't understand
JellyBlouseMable (4:10:34 PM): LOL
StarFreak359 (4:10:39 PM): And you're right
JellyBlouseMable (4:10:52 PM): oh, I'm right, am I?
StarFreak359 (4:10:52 PM): but that's why it's a faith

That's a pretty recently developed 'life philsophy'. 8-p

I suppose that depends on your definition of "recently developed".

Recently developed... aka, developed recently.

lol.. okay, not what I meant.

So, if I never had a life philosophy before, and I developed one two years ago, would you describe it as recently developed? I would not.

Now, if say, I had 20+ life philosophies in the last 7 years.. then that 21st one would be my "recently developed" life philosphy.

::confused:: What would you call it then if you never had one and developed it two years ago?

Did you never have one before?

Correct. So more like first-ly developed or only one or something. Also, right now 2 years ago does not feel recent. At all.

SO you really didn't have any philosophy on life until Mike mentioned something about faith to you??

That is weird. Because two years ago to me feels like yesterday.

Actually, I didn't have a life philosophy until after this specific conversation, but looking back on certain events and such, this was probably an influencing factor, albeit unknown.

Time is weird. And freaky. And I think this was the fastest week in existance.

Wow. That's really weird. I take it it was A LOT longer than those few lines then? How did the shift happen?

And I think this was the fastest week in existance.
That one I would have to agree with! Largely in part to the fact that I don't remember Mondat *at all*... Did the world just skip it?

Okay, I have to know. What does that screen name mean?

OKay. Short version.
Freshman year.
RIT Players one acts.
I was a character named Mable (played opposite of pumpkingod's Manny.
30% of our lines exchanged were:
Manny -- "There's a spot on your blouse."
Mable -- "It's jelly."

Thus... jellyblousemable.

*bows*
Mike was also the assistant producer for that show. And it was during that show when he first met my parents.

And even though I'm SURE I've heard this story before, I ALWAYS read it as: JellyBlouseMARBLE... and wonder if you lost yours while coming up with the name. ;-)

I have lost my marbles, but I can't say it had anything to do with the creation of said screen name.

That reminded me of a quote:

"It's not about making sense. It's about believing in something, and letting that belief be real enough to change your life. It's about faith. You don't fix faith... it fixes you."
