Tonight I picked up pizza on the way home. It was really, really, good. I hadn't had pizza from that place before (our normal place was shut down. *cry*). So, there were next to zero dishes to do tonight! *hooray* I think I'm going to suggest Pizza more often. But we can't get the 18" again -- It doesn't fit in the oven. :-P

Tonight I finally pulled out the copy of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory that I bought weeks and weeks ago. I watched the special features and then started watching the movie with the commentary track. It was really amazing to hear some of the stories those "kids" had about filming and everything. Pretty cool.

Then I stopped it and took a shower so I'd be done when Karin wanted to go to bed. I watched Boston Legal with the 'rents and Karin. Pretty friggen hilarious. There aren't many shows where a character can cut off a Priest's fingers with an axe and have it be a laugh-riot. :-P Denny Crane.

I think I've been writing less for a few reasons lately. 1) I don't feel like I have much to write about 2) when I feel like writing about the mundane-ness that is life lately, I can't remember for the hell of me what I've been up to that makes me so mundanely busy. 3) Every other thought that goes through my brain is "I miss Mike" so it makes it a bit difficult to concentrate on a train of thought. 4) Everything has been annoying me lately and I can't for the life of me figure out why. Other than the obvious fact that normally everything is annoying, but I'm usually in a good mood and ignore it. If it hadn't snowed this weekend, I would be in a bad mood, but instead I'm just in a non-emotion mood. I'm not in a good mood, but I'm not in a bad mood. It's an in between mood state that I"m not usually in so I'm not particularly privy to how to act and handle situations when in this sort of mood.

I do, however, feel the sudden urge to speak in Shakespearean tongues much more frequently than usual.

If you are looking for something to do, read the "Q" section of your dictionary. It is amazingly short, but has some great words in it. For instance, the other day I found a lovely, long "q" word for "Shroud Saturday" that I could neither spell or pronounce. These are the things I love about the English language.

Enough. Bed.

You don't think those two might be related? :-p

Maybe you just *think* you're busy. Mundanely busy makes sense though. Like in school you were always saying you were too busy. I guess early on it was because you took on too many clubs and such (which was your own fault, but you made it sound like a burden), and after that I could never quite figure out why you were 'busier' than the rest of us. Maybe you should tell yourself your mundane-busyness is life for the time being, then you'll be used to it and not always thinking you're busy. 8-p

And you don't think everything being annoying and/or bad/non moodness is related to missing Mike at all? Hm. Odd.

Actually, I'm just not sure how the 2 could be related.
