There was another box with my order. It was about 10"x10"x7". IT HAD 3 PENCILS IN IT! For goodness sake, there was more packets of air in the box than merchandise. Get some mailing envelopes, people! e.e
Then I unloaded the dishwasher, helped mom decide what to have for dinner (steak and 2x baked potatoes), scrubbed the potatoes, set the table, made salads, put away some more Christmas decorations, cooked the vegetables, poured the drinks, and managed to wash some of the dishes before we sat down to eat. Yummy dinner. Then Albert cleared the table and loaded the dishwasher while I put the food away, washed the dishes, and cleaned up the kitchen. And then I thanked mom for dinner. Does something seem out of place here?? :-P
I got some things put away in my room (not enough) and then I put the water on for hot chocolate (finished my canister - I'm back to packets now) and got a cookie and a brownie out for dessert. Then, with cross stitch, music, and dessert in hand, I headed down into the basement to watch my tape of 7th Heaven. Which I will discuss with Heather tomorrow as no one else here cares. :-P
Sewing with my new light was great! Although, I only concentrated on it for about 40 minutes, so I don't know if it will help my eyes last or not yet. Hopefully so. I have to say my coral and my red look a lot different from each other under the light as opposed to under a regular bulb. Yea! for figuring out if my pattern is right by just glancing at it!
I rehearsed for my lesson tomorrow. Practicing 2/5 days is bad. I need to step this up. No matter what Roger says tomorrow. I've also got a song for church (Feb. 26th) that I've got to work on. I'm bringing that tomorrow as well.
I'm meeting Mike in Hummelstown tomorrow (Bill's) for lunch. Hopefully he finds it all right. I sent him 4 text messages with the directions. :-P
I've got to put some more clothing away before I go to bed and I'm hoping to be asleep before it is February. Good night all!
