On either the 1st or 2nd season of the 400 dvd's extras there's an interview with physicists on time theories and time travel. Very intriguing! But yeah, brain crashing as well. I actually sort enjoy that type of near-brain crashing though the kind where you're like, 'I can almost see how that would work... but wait, everything I know tells me it couldn't...'. :) Like a star, or a shooting star anyway. Technically the explosion or whatever that caused what you're seeing to happen happened hundreds or more years ago, so in a sense, since you're seeing it now you're seeing something from the past. So cool.

Interesting. There isn't a whole lot of detail on the experiment, but 50 microseconds is a pretty long (read: significant) time as far as measurement goes.
